On Friday of the Barber Vintage Festival I was fortunate to be able to ride with Bryan Regan of the AeroShell Aerobatic Team based at the Bessemer Airport. AeroShell flys the Army and Navy versions of the AT-6 Texan trainer used during World War II.
The following images show our journey to the Barber Motorsports Park and the little exercise they put us through after flying over the track. The first time I was upside down I did not know it until I saw the horizon had flipped.
